| Step 1 |

| Step 2 |
|
| We will send your booking to the school and wait for a confirmation regarding both course and any booked accommodation. Confirmation usually takes 1-5 working days after which we will send you an invoice at the e-mail address given in your booking. The invoice will show clearly how and when you will be expected to make your payment. |

| Step 3 |
|
| Payment is made in 2 installments. The first is an installment of 70 euros which would be paid not later than 1 week after the invoice date. This fee is deductible from the total fee. Kindly pay by cheque or, preferably, by bank transfer. |

| Step 4 |
|
| We will send detailed information to you as soon as this is received from the school. Sometimes this can be as late as 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course especially regarding accommodation. So please… be patient! |

| Step 5 |
|
| Please let us know immediately when you have booked your flight so that transfer and other practicalities can be arranged in good time. Your flight details are required even if you have not booked any airport transfer. The school would like to be informed of your approximate date and time of arrival so as to make arrangements for your keys or, if you have booked in a host family, to pre-advise and ensure you a warm welcome. |

| Step 6 |
|
| The balance payment is due not later than 30 days before the course starts. Please pay by cheque or preferably by bank transfer. |

| Step 7 |
|
|
Upon arrival, if you have booked transfer from the airport, please look for a contact person holding a sign with your name. Sometimes the sign can also refer to the school so make sure you are familiar with the school’s name. If you have not booked any transfer service you will of course have to make your own way to your accommodation. |
